Экологические аспекты паразитирования микроспоридий ( Microsporidia ) в природных популяциях кровососущих комаров рода Aedes (Diptera: Culicidae ) Западной Сибири

Аннотация

Данная работа является обобщением многолетних исследований видового состава, хозяинной специфично-сти, сезонной и многолетней зараженности микроспоридиями природных популяций моновольтинных комаров рода Aedes на территории Западной Сибири в период с 1976 по 2014 год. На территории Западной Сибири зарегистрирован 31 вид комаров сем. Culicidae, из которых 22 вида отно-сятся к моновольтинному роду Aedes, имеющему одну генерацию в год (весной). Микроспоридии обнаружены нами у 13 видов комаров. Из них выделено 26 видов паразитов, относящихся к 5 родам (Amblyospora; Andreanna, Dimeiospora, Novothelohania; Trichoctosporea); среди которых наиболее рас-пространенными оказались виды рода Amblyospora. Установлено, что большинство видов этих паразитов узкоспецифичные. Микроспоридии зарегистрированы во всех типах водоемов, однако наибольшее видовое разнообразие паразитов зафиксировано в материковых временных водоемах. В период исследований зараженность природных популяций личинок комаров Aedes микроспоридиями ко-лебалась от 0.05 % до 100 %, при этом максимальная зараженность отмечалась во время массового окукливания и вылета имаго (с начала мая до середины июня). В последние 20 лет наблюдался низкий уровень зараженности природных популяций кровососущих комаров этими паразитами (0.05-6.5 %).

Abstract

We examined microsporidia (1976-2014) in natural populations of blood-sucking Aedes mosquitoes of Western Siberia with the focus on their biodiversity and ecology. In total, we recorded 3' species of Culicidae family mosquitoes in Western Siberia; 22 species of them belong to the univoltine genus Aedes, producing one generation per year (spring). As it has been shown, microsporidians infect '3 mosquito species. In this study, we isolated 26 microsporidian species representing five genera (Amblyospora, Andreanna, Dimeiospora, Novothelohania, and Trichoctosporea) from mosquitoes; of them, the Amblyospora species were the most abundant. The majority of species display a high level of host specificity. Microsporidians are found in all types ofaquatic habitats; however, the highest diversity of parasites was observed in mainland temporary ponds. During the period of study, the prevalence rates of microsporidians infecting Aedes mosquitoes varied from 0.05 to'00%, with the maximal parasite prevalence during mass mosquito pupation and imago emergence (mid-May - beginning of June). Low parasite loads (0.05-6.5%) are characteristic of the last 20 years.
