Особенности лечения заднего импиджмент-синдрома голеностопного сустава у артистов балета и спортсменов

Аннотация

С января 2014 г. по апрель 2015 г. было выполнено 35 артроскопий голеностопного сустава пациентам в возрасте от 13 до 35 лет по поводу заднего импиджмент-синдрома. До операции всем пациентам выполнены рентгенография и магнитно-резонансная томография. В ходе проведенных обследований и операций были обнаружены: os trigonum у 21 (60%), перелом заднелатерального отростка таранной кости - у 6 (17%) и отросток Stieda - у 8 (23%) пациентов. Спустя 2 месяца после операции у всех пациентов отмечено значительное снижение или исчезновение болевого синдрома, а также улучшение функциональных способностей по сравнению с предоперационным периодом. До операции средний балл по шкале AOFAS составил 59,8; через 2 месяца после операции - 93,9. Артроскопия заднего отдела голеностопного сустава является эффективным и относительно безопасным методом лечения заднего импиджмент-синдрома голеностопного сустава, эффективно снижает болевой синдром и улучшает функциональное состояние голеностопного сустава.

Features of treatment for posterior impingement in sportsmen and ballet dancers

Abstract

35 posterior ankle arthroscopies for posterior ankle impingement were performed within the period of time between January 2014-April 2015. Radiological investigation and MRI were held preoperatively. The examinations and operations revealed the following findings: os trigonum 21 (60%), posterior lateral fracture 6 (17%), Stieda process 8 (23%). The patients were tested on the scale of AOFAS pre and post-operatively. In comparison with preoperational period all the patients recognized the decrease or full disappearance of pain syndrome as well as functional improvements (AOFAS 59,8 preoperatively to 93,9 2 months postoperatively). The posterior ankle arthroscopy is an efficient and relatively safe method for posterior ankle impingement treatment which works efficiently to eliminate or decrease pain syndrome and helps to recover the function of plantaris.
