Место робот-ассистированной лапароскопии в оперативной гинекологии

Аннотация

В статье рассмотрено применение хирургического робота da Vinci (DV) в гинекологии. DV является самой крупной технологической разработкой последних десятилетий. В настоящее время успешно используются около 4000 роботических установок в 54 развитых странах и 25 роботических установок в России (менее 0,05%). Спектр робот-ассистированных гинекологических вмешательств очень широк: от органосохраняющих операций до радикальной гистерэктомии.

Abstract

The article describes the use of a da Vinci-assisted (DV) gynecological surgery. DV is the biggest technological development of the recent decades. Currently, over 4000 robotic surgical systems in 54 developed countries and 25 robotic surgical systems in Russia have been used successfully. The type of robot-аssistedgynecological interventions is wide: from uterussparing surgery to radical hysterectomy.
