Безопасность Fast Track хирургии в гинекологии: мотивация пациенток перед гистерэктомией
Аннотация
Информированность пациенток перед операцией остается низкой. Мотивация на операцию зависит от социально-экономического статуса пациенток и уровня образования. Низкие показатели информированности пациенток приводят к невысокой мотивации больных на операцию. Авторы акцентируют внимание на необходимости привлечения самой пациентки в процесс принятия решения о доступе для гистерэктомии на основании получения полной и достоверной информации о рисках того или иного доступа и возможных осложнениях. Это будет способствовать освоению врачами лапароскопического доступа для производства гистерэктомии и снижению частоты правовых коллизий.

Safety fast-track surgery in gynecology: motivation patients before hysterectomy
Abstract
The awareness remains low patients before surgery. The motivation for the operation depends on the socio-economic status of patients and the level of education. Low levels of awareness of patients lead to low motivation of patients for surgery. The authors focus attention on the need to attract itself in the patient's decision-making process on access for hysterectomy based on complete and accurate information about the risks of a particular access and possible complications. This will contribute to development of doctors laparoscopic hysterectomy for the production and reduce the frequency of legal conflicts.
