К вопросу о некоторых особенностях физиологии и патологии развития в пубертате
Аннотация
В статье проведен аналитический обзор некоторых особенностей пубертатного развития девочек-подростков, основанный на современной концепции регуляции процессов активации/реактивации гонадной оси. Сделан акцент на дифференциальной диагностике физиологических и патологических состояний в пубертате, а также сформулированы рекомендации, направленные на своевременную диагностику и превенцию ряда расстройств, обусловленных эндокринными и генетическими факторами.

On the issue of some features in physiology and pathology of the pubertal development
Abstract
In the current article we provide a review of the most intriguing features of the pubertal development in adolescent girls, based on the modern concept of activation/reactivation of the gonadal axis. Emphasis is placed on the differential diagnosis of physiological and pathological conditions in puberty, as well as recommendations aimed at timely diagnosis and prevention of a number of disorders caused by endocrine and genetic factors.
