Применение объемообразующих средств в лечении недержания мочи у женщин

Аннотация

Работа посвящена проблеме недержания мочи при напряжении (НМПН) – непроизвольному выделению мочи из уретры одновременно с физической нагрузкой, чиханием или кашлем. В статье рассмотрены методы лечения НМПН. Основным способом лечения НМПН является хирургический, направленный на укрепление пузырно-уретрального соединения и восстановление замыкательной функции внутреннего сфинктера мочевого пузыря. В последнее время все чаще прибегают к проведению малоинвазивных методов. К их числу относится инъекционная терапия уретральными объемообразующими средствами. Такое лечение рекомендуется пациенткам с плохо функционирующим внутренним отверстием мочеиспускательного канала, что часто
наблюдается после большого количества операций в области таза и/или после тазовой радиотерапии. За счет малоинвазивности такое лечение также рекомендуется пожилым пациенткам и пациентам, перенесшим осложнения после процедур, требующих общий наркоз.

Volume-forming drugs in managing female urinary incontinence

Abstract

The work is devoted to an urgenttopic, namely, the problem of urinary incontinence under tension (NMPN) – involuntary discharge of urine from the urethra simultaneously with exercise, sneezing or coughing. The article discusses the treatment of NMPN. The main method of treating NMPN is surgical, aimed at strengthening the bladder-urethral connection and restoring the closing function of the internal bladder sphincter. Recently, increasingly resorting to conducting minimally invasive methods. These include injection therapy with urethral volume-forming agents. Such treatment is recommended for patients with a poorly functioning internal opening of the urethra, which is often observed after a large number of operations in the pelvic area and / or after pelvic radiotherapy. Due to its minimally invasiveness, such treatment is also recommended for elderly patients, patients who have had complications after procedures requiring general anesthesia.
