Терапия недержания мочи у пациенток с пролапсом гениталий
Аннотация
Недержание мочи и пролапс гениталий не являются ургентной ситуацией, угрожающей жизни пациентки, но это патология, которая резко ограничивает социальную активность пациентки и значительно ухудшает качество жизни. Основной причиной неудовлетворенности у больных после коррекции пролапса гениталий являются нарушения мочеиспускания. Персонифицированный подход при выборе тактики лечения пациенток с пролапсом гениталий и смешанным недержанием мочи предполагает комплексную диагностику, поведенческую и медикаментозную терапию, а при отсутствии эффекта – хирургическое вмешательство.

Therapy of urinary incontinence in patients with genital prolapse
Abstract
Urinary incontinence, like prolapse of the genitals, is not an urgent situation that threatens the patient’s life, but this is a pathology that sharply limits the patient’s social activity and significantly worsens the quality of life. The main cause of dissatisfaction in patients after correction of prolapse of the genitals are violations of urination. The personalized approach in choosing the tactics of treating patients with genital prolapse and mixed urinary incontinence suggests complex diagnostics, behavioral and drug therapy, and in the absence of effect, surgical intervention.
