Метабиотики как естественное развитие пробиотической концепции

Аннотация

Поддержание функциональной активности микрофлоры, постоянства кишечного гомеостаза является прерогативой нормального физиологического состояния организма. В последние годы выделяется группа метабиотиков, содержащих продукты метаболизма или структурные компоненты пробиотических микроорганизмов. Применение метабиотиков позволяет создать управляемый микробиоценоз кишечника. Метабиотики характеризуются высокой биодоступностью, не вступают в конфликт с собственной микробиотой, начинают работать, как только попадаю в ЖКТ.

Abstract

Maintaining the functional activity of microflora, the constancy of intestinal homeostasis is the prerogative of the normal physiological state of the organism. In recent years, a group of metabiotic substances containing metabolic products or structural components of probiotic microorganisms has been isolated. The use of metabiotics makes it possible to create a controlled intestinal micro- biocenosis. Metabiotics are characterized by the high bioavailability, they do not conflict with their own microbiota, they start working as soon as they get into the digestive tract.
