Аллергическая бронхиальная астма легкого течения и эффективность сублингвальной иммунотерапии

Аннотация

В статье представлены результаты комплексного исследования по формированию модели патогенетических форм аллергической бронхиальной астмы легкого течения у пациентов трудоспособного возраста. Итоговая модель позволила выявить две группы пациентов, каждая из которых отличается по характеру сенсибилизации, отражает отдельную патогенетическую форму аллергической бронхиальной астмы легкого течения и является основой для выявления его специфики. Знание вариантов сенсибилизации организма пациента позволяет обосновать алгоритмы дифференцированного лечения аллергической бронхиальной астмы на ранней стадии развития заболевания, предотвратить прогрессирование заболевания.

Allergic asthma of mild course and efficiency of sublignual immunotherapy

Abstract

The article presents the results of a comprehensive study on the formation of a model of pathogenic forms of allergic asthma of the mild course in patients of working age. The final model allowed identifying two groups of patients, each of which differs in the nature of sensitization, reflects a separate pathogenic form of allergic bronchial asthma of the mild course and is the base for identifying its specificity. Knowledge of the patient’s sensitization options allows substantiating the algorithms of differentiated treatment of allergic asthma at an early stage of the disease development, to prevent the progression of the disease.
