Механизмы развития и клинико- патогенетическое значение анемий при хронических воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника (язвенном колите и болезни Крона)

Аннотация

На основании проведенного исследования в статье представлены результаты анализа распространенности анемий у пациентов с воспалительными заболеваниями кишечника (ВЗК), оценка основных факторов риска развития анемии у пациентов с язвенным колитом (ЯК) и болезнью Крона (БК), показаны результаты исследования структуры анемий у пациентов с ВЗК в зависимости от патогенетического механизма их развития. С учетом полученных данных разработан алгоритм по диагностике и тактике терапии анемий у пациентов с ВЗК, адаптированный к условиям Республики Беларусь.

Abstract

The prevalence of anemia in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases in Belarus, factors risk for anemia and pathogenetic structure of anemia in patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease are presented in article. The algorithm for the diagnosis and management of anemia in patients with IBD was developed based on the results of the study.
