Механизмы развития и клинико- патогенетическое значение анемий при хронических воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника (язвенном колите и болезни Крона)

Аннотация
На основании проведенного исследования в статье представлены результаты анализа распространенности анемий у пациентов с воспалительными заболеваниями кишечника (ВЗК), оценка основных факторов риска развития анемии у пациентов с язвенным колитом (ЯК) и болезнью Крона (БК), показаны результаты исследования структуры анемий у пациентов с ВЗК в зависимости от патогенетического механизма их развития. С учетом полученных данных разработан алгоритм по диагностике и тактике терапии анемий у пациентов с ВЗК, адаптированный к условиям Республики Беларусь.
