Abstract

In this review, the information on the use of desogestrel in women of early reproductive age with various types of menstrual irregularities is provided. According to the data, desogestrel can be recommended both in monotherapy and in complex therapy of menstrual disorders in young women with various somatic pathologies. This approach allows to reduce economic costs and to narrow risk zones during hormone therapy in patients with extragenital pathology.
