Определение содержания антоцианови процианидинов в корневищах, листьях, цветках и траве канны садовой

Аннотация

Род Канна насчитывает около 19 представителей, большинство из которых - декоративные растения. Литературные данные свидетельствуют, что канны содержат большое количество природных соединений, среди которых кампестерол, каннагенин, β-кариофиллен, флавоноиды, органические кислоты и каротиноидные пигменты. Индийскими учеными установлено, что разные виды канн проявляют антибактериальное, гепатопротекторное, противодиарейное, противовирусное, антиишемическое, антитромбоцитарное, гемостатическое, иммуномодулирующее и противовоспалительное действия. Идентификацию антоцианов в корневищах, листьях, цветках и траве канны садовой проводили методом бумажной и тонкослойной хроматографии в видимом свете при проявлении парами аммиака. Количественное содержание антоцианов и процианидинов определяли спектрофотометрическим методом.По результатам хроматографического исследования в корневищах канны садовой обнаружено не менее 2 соединений, а в листьях, цветках и траве - не менее 3 соединений, которые были отнесены к антоцианам. По результатам количественного определения наибольшее количество антоцианов и процианидинов содержалось в цветках канны садовой - 1,17±0,03% и 1,88±0,05 мг/г соответственно. В листьях этого растения содержание антоцианов составляло 0,90±0,02%, а содержание процианидинов - 1,88±0,05 мг/г. В траве содержание антоцианов составляло 0,95±0,02%, а процианидинов - 0,52±0,01 мг/г. В корневищах канны садовой антоцианы и процианидины были обнаружены в следовых количествах.

The study of anthocyanins and procyanidins contentin rhizomes, leaves, flowers and herb of Canna × generalis

Abstract

The genus Canna includes about 19 representatives, most of them are ornamental plants. The literature data show that canna lilies contain a large number of natural compounds, among which are campesterol, cannagenin, β-caryophyllene, flavonoids, organic acids and carotenoid pigments. Indian scientists established that different species of canna lilies exhibit antibacterial,hepatoprotective, antidiarrheal, antiviral, antiischemic, antiplatelet, hemostatic, immune modulating and anti-inflammatory effects.Determination of anthocyanins in rhizomes, leaves and flowers of Canna was carried out by paper and thin-layer chromatography in visible light when developing with ammonia vapor. The quantitative content of anthocyanins and procyanidins was determined by the spectrophotometric method.According to the results of the chromatographic study, not less than 2 compounds were found in Canna rhizomes, and in leaves and flowers - not less than 3 compounds, which were assigned to anthocyanins.By the results of the quantitative determination, the greatest amount of anthocyanins and procyanidins was found in Canna flowers - 1.17±0.03% and 1.88±0.05 mg/g, respectively. In the leaves of this plant, the content of anthocyanins was 0.90±0.02%, and the content of procyanidins was 1.88±0.05 mg/g. In the herb at the phase of flowering the content content of anthocyanins was 0.95±0.02%, and the content of procyanidins was 0.52±0.01 mg/g. In Canna rhizomes, anthocyanins and procyanidins were found in trace amounts.
