Исследование педагогических форм и методов обучения на циклах повышения квалификации специалистов фармации как способа повышения их профессиональной адаптации

Аннотация
Успешное развитие фармацевтического сектора отрасли здравоохранения должно основываться на современной системе управления персоналом аптек, адаптированной к требованиям внутренней среды. В таких условиях адаптивное управление персоналом предполагает обеспечение аптечных учреждений специалистами фармации с необходимым уровнем образования, профессиональной подготовки, квалификации и способными к профессиональной адаптации. Однако нельзя полностью избежать определенных изменений в составе специалистов фармации в условиях аптек: в случае их перемещения, увольнения, приема на работу новых специалистов, перемещения между подразделениями, избрания на новую должность и др. То есть вопрос адаптации персонала должен находиться постоянно под управленческим контролем и тем самым необходимо обеспечивать условия быстрого приспособления специалистов фармации к новым обстоятельствам работы, пониманию сущности своих обязанностей и особенностей деятельности в коллективе с учетом системы ценностей и мотивации деятельности, правил, норм, традиций в конкретном аптечном учреждении. Все это требует постоянного повышения квалификации, которое обеспечивает действующая государственная система последипломного образования специалистов фармации. Поэтому большое значение имеют педагогические формы и методы в системе последипломного образования специалистов фармации, которые должны рассматриваться как совокупность мероприятий с целью лучшего понимания и овладения слушателями учебного материала с целью успешного решения поставленных задач в каждом конкретном случае. Самыми распространенными во время проведения циклов повышения квалификации специалистов фармации являются лекции, семинары и практические занятия. Выяснено отношение респондентов к каждой функции лекций и к отдельным видам лекций, приоритетное отношение к отдельным информационным чертам лекций, отношение к отдельным характерным чертам практических и семинарских занятий, осуществлена структуризация требований к лекциям в соответствии с ответами специалистов фармации.

Abstract
Successful development of the pharmaceutical industry in the healthcare sector should be based on the modern system of personnel management at pharmacy institutions, which should be adapted to the requirements for their internal environment, on the stable external environment, the labor market and the impact of other factors on the domestic pharmaceutical market. Under these conditions, adaptive personnel management envisages to provide pharmacy institutions with skilled pharmacists with proper education, training and qualification. However, it is impossible to avoid certain changes in the personnel structure at pharmacy institutions at their dismissal, recruitment of new specialists, dislocation between divisions, assignment to a new position, etc. That is, the issue of personnel adaptation should be constantly under managerial control and thus create conditions for fast adaptation of pharmacists to new working circumstances, understanding of their duties and activities of each pharmacist, taking into account the system of values and motives of activities, rules, norms, traditions at a particular pharmacy institution. All this requires continuous qualification improvement, ensured by the current state system of pharmacy postgraduate education, which should be considered as an important component for quality adaptive personnel management. Therefore, pedagogical forms and methods in the pharmacists’ postgraduate education system seem to be important and should be considered as measures for better understanding and mastering of the educational material by the listeners for successful achievement of tasks in each particular case. Lectures, workshops and practical classes with an integrated system (discipline combination) are used. Respondents’ attitude to certain functions of lectures, types of lectures, regarding the priority attitude, typical features of practical classes and structuring the requirements for lectures according to the pharmacists-respondents’ answers are studied out.
