Ингаляционная фармакотерапия бронхообструктивных заболеванийв Республике Беларусь - от клинических рекомендаций к реальной клинической практике

Аннотация

В статье представлена стратегия современной фармакотерапии бронхиальной астмы и хронической обструктивной болезни легких. Это высокозатратные заболевания, поэтому при выборе лекарственных средств необходимо учитывать не только тяжесть и клинический вариант течения болезни, но и доступность различных групп препаратов, социально-экономические факторы, так как расходы на лечение возрастают при недостаточном уровне терапии заболеваний любой степени тяжести. В настоящее время при определении тактики фармакотерапии бронхообструктивных заболеваний мы располагаем широким спектром ингаляционных лекарственных средств с доказанной эффективностью и возможностью дифференцированного подхода к каждому пациенту, отдавая предпочтение тому или иному ЛС в зависимости от конкретной клинической ситуации.

Abstract

The article considers modern pharmacotherapy of bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. These are high-cost diseases, so drug additions need to take into account not only the severity and clinical variant of the disease course, but also the availability of different drug groups, socio-economic factors, because the cost of treatment increases with insufficient levels of therapy for diseases of any severity. Currently, when determining the tactics of pharmacotherapy of bronchial obstructive diseases, we have a wide range of inhaled drugs with proven efficacy and the possibility of a differentiated approach to each patient, giving preference to one or another drug, depending on the specific clinical situation.
