Abstract

The prevalence of anemia in patients with infl ammatory bowel diseases in Belarus, factors risk for anemia and pathogenetic structure of anemia in patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease are presented in article. The algorithm for the diagnosis and management of anemia in patients with IBD was developed based on the results of the study.
