Изучение структурно-механических свойств пасты для терапии онихомикозов

Аннотация
Грибковые поражения ногтей являются одной из наиболее распространенных и сложных в лечении дерматологических патологий. Местное лечение онихомикоза в большинстве случаев является единственным приемлемым методом терапии прежде всего из-за ее высокой безопасности. Терапия антимикотическими лаками достаточно эффективна только в случае лечения поверхностной белой и дистально-латеральной форм онихомикоза при незначительной длительности заболевания. Также их широкое использование ограничивает длительность применения и высокая затратность лечения.
Кафедрой технологии лекарств Запорожского государственного медицинского университета в результате комплексных физико-химических, фармакотехнологических и микробиологических исследований предложен состав мягкой лекарственной формы для терапии микозов ногтей – пасты, содержащей комбинацию неспецифических антимикотических веществ (2-меркаптобензтиазол, хинозол) и онихолитиков (салициловая и бензойная кислоты).
Целью настоящей работы является изучение структурно-механических свойств разработанной мазевой композиции для возможности объективной фармакотехнологической оценки ее консистентных свойств.
Выявлено, что прочностные характеристики мазевой композиции на эмульсионной основе можно отнести к удовлетворительным, в структуре представлены как коагуляционные, так и конденсационные связи. Рассчитанные значения коэффициентов динамического течения мягкой лекарственной формы для наружного применения количественно подтверждают удовлетворительную степень распределения системы во время нанесения на ногтевые пластины или во время технологических операций изготовления.

Study of structural and mechanical characteristics of the paste for onychomycosis therapy

Abstract
Nail onychomycosis is a one of the most widespread and complicated in dermatologic pathology treatment. Topical treatment of onychomycosis in the most cases is the only one acceptable method of therapy mainly because of its high safety. Therapy with antimycotic varnishes is eff ective enough only in case of treatment the surface white and distal-lateral form of onychomycosis and insignifi cant duration of disease. Also their wide using is limited by the duration of use and high cost of treatment.
As a result of the complex physico-chemical, pharmacotechnological and microbiological investigations carried out on the department of technology of drugs Zaporozhye State Medical University a composition of semisolid dosage form for the nail mycosis – paste containing the combination of antimycotic substances (2-mercaptobenzthiazol, chinozol) and onycholytic (salicylic and benzoic acids) was proposed.
The aim of this work is study of structural and mechanical characteristics of the developed ointment composition for possibility of objective pharmacotechnological evaluation its consistent characteristics.
It was revealed that strength properties of ointment composition on the emulsive base seems to be satisfactory, the coagulatory and condensation bond are presented in structure. Calculated factors of dynamic fl owing of semisolid dosage form for external use quantitatively confi rms the satisfactory degree of system distribution during application on the nail plates or technological operations of manufacturing.
