Пациент с депрессией на приеме у врача общей практики: в вопросах и ответах

Аннотация

Депрессия характеризуется широким распространением в популяции, особенно среди пациентов с сопутствующей соматической патологией. В публикации изложены принципы диагностики депрессий, представлены шкалы для диагностики депрессий. На основе действующих документов определена тактика врача общей практики у пациентов с депрессиями, представлен алгоритм ведения пациента. Изложены общие основы лечения пациентов, освящены принципы назначения антидепрессантов.
Основные проблемные позиции по ведению пациентов с депрессиями врачами общей практики в статье изложены в вопросах и ответах.

Abstract

Depression is characterized by a wide spread in the population and especially in patients with concomitant somatic pathology. The publication describes the principles of diagnostics of depression, presents the scales for diagnostics of depression. Based on the current documents, the tactics of a general practitioner in patients with depression are determined, the algorithm of patient management is presented. The general principles of patient treatment are outlined, the principles of prescribing antidepressants are described.
The main problematic positions on the management of patients with depression by general practitioners are presented in questions and answers in the article.
