Дифференциальный диагнозпри острой ревматической лихорадке. Постстрептококковый артрит и миокардит

Ревматические болезни сердца (острая ревматическая лихорадка и хроническая ревматическая болезнь сердца) – актуальная клиническая, эпидемиологическая и в ряде стран социальная проблема. Диагностика ревматических поражений основана на синдромологическом подходе, т. к. специфических критериев нет. Это определяет необходимость серьезного дифференциально-диагностического поиска в каждой клинической ситуации. В статье представлены клинические случаи постстрептококкового артрита и миокардита с позиций дифференциального диагноза с ревматическим поражением суставов и сердца. Обсуждаются современные особенности течения острой ревматической лихорадки, роль стрептококковой инфекции, возможности и проблемы диагностики и дифференциальной диагностики.
