Характеристика затрат труда фармацевтических работников в процессе обслуживания посетителей аптек

Аннотация

Цель работы. Изучить структуру затрат труда и длительность обслуживания посетителей аптек, в том числе в разрезе отдельных операций, выполняемых при этом фармацевтическим работником. Материалы и методы. Исследование проводили на базе аптек системы ТП РУП «БЕЛФАРМАЦИЯ», «Минская Фармация», «Фармация» в 2017–2019 гг. методом хронометражных наблюдений при помощи разработанной ранее компьютерной программы «Хронометр рабочей смены провизора-рецептара (фармацевта-рецептара)» (свидетельство об официальной регистрации программы для ЭВМ № 1067). Статистическую обработку результатов осуществляли при помощи программ Microsoft Excel 2013 и Statistica 10. Средняя длительность обслуживания одного посетителя составила 124,6±128,9 с. при интерквартильном размахе – 46,3–152,9 с. и диапазоне между минимальным и максимальным значением – 2,84–868,9 с. В процессе наблюдения было выделено 19 процедур обслуживания, содержащих от 1 до 3 видов обслуживания и от 1 до 10 отдельных операций. Большинство посетителей приобретали в аптеке лекарственные средства без рецепта врача, медицинские изделия и товары аптечного ассортимента, а также приобретали товары на льготных условиях. Длительность обслуживания посетителей различалась в зависимости от процедуры обслуживания, порядка приобретения товаров (по рецепту, без рецепта врача или комбинированная покупка), либо имело место предоставление посетителю информации без последующего совершения покупки, что следует учитывать при проектировании трудозатрат фармацевтических работников. В наибольшей степени на длительность обслуживания влияет выполнение таких операций, как поиск товаров на местах хранения и оформление рецепта врача (его фармацевтическая экспертиза, таксировка, заполнение отрывного корешка льготного рецепта врача). Установлено, что длительность осуществления отдельных операций в процессе обслуживания посетителей аптек имеет связь слабой или средней силы с общей длительностью обслуживания посетителей. Это указывает на отсутствие необходимости их учета при проектировании затрат труда и расчете штатной численности фармацевтических работников.

Characteristics of Pharmacists Labor Costs In The Process Of Pharmacies Visitors Service

Abstract

The purpose of the work is to study the structure of labor costs and pharmacies visitors servicing durability in the context of individual operations performed by a pharmaceutical worker. Materials and methods: the study was conducted on the basis of TP RUE "BELPHARMATSIYA", "Minskaya Pharmacia", "Pharmacia" pharmacies systems in 2017 – 2019 by time-study method using a previously developed computer program "Сhronometer of pharmacist operating shift» (certificate of computer program official registration № 1067). Statistical analysis of observations was carried out using the programs Microsoft Excel 2013 and Statistica 10. The average duration of service per visitor was 124,6±128,9 s. with interquartile range 46,3 – 152,9 s. and range between minimum and maximum value – 2,84 – 868,9 s. During the 19 service procedures containing from 1 to 3 types of services and from 1 to 10 separate operations were identified. Most of pharmacy visitors purchased the medicines without a doctor’s prescription, medical products and pharmaceutical assortment products, and also purchased goods on preferential terms. The duration of visitor service varied depending on the service procedure, the order of goods purchase (prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, or combined purchase) or there was a provision of information to the visitor without subsequent purchase, that should be considered in the design of pharmaceutical workers labor costs. The duration of the service to the increasing degree is affected by the implementation of operations such as searching for goods at the places of storage and issuing a doctor’s prescription (pharmaceutical examination, taxation, filling of a doctor’s preferential prescription tear-off root). It have been established that the duration of certain operations in the process of servicing pharmacies visitors has a weak or medium strength of connection with the total duration of visitor’s service. This indicates the absence of the need to take them into account when designing labor costs and calculating the staffing of pharmaceutical workers.
