Ингаляционные глюкокортикостероиды в клинической практике
Аннотация
В статье представлена современная классификация ингаляционных глюкокортикостероидов, рассмотрены механизмы их действия и патофизиологические эффекты, подробно излагаются клинические особенности их применения в зависимости от препарата, а также общие и местные нежелательные реакции. Автор останавливается на общих принципах использования ингаляционных глюкокортикостероидов при лечении бронхиальной астмы и профилактике общих и местных нежелательных реакций.
