Молекулярно-генетические исследованияв морфологической диагностике туберкулеза

Аннотация

Представлены результаты молекулярно-генетического исследования (тест Xpet MTB/Rif и метод гибридизации с ДНК-зондами) гистологического биоматериала парафиновых блоков 152 пациентов. Установлено, что параллельное выполнение гистологического исследования биопсийного/ операционного материала с молекулярно-генетическим исследованием с определением ДНК МБТ и лекарственной чувствительности M. tuberculosis в парафиновых блоках расширяет возможности морфологической диагностики туберкулеза и повышает ее достоверность на 31,74%.Показана целесообразность проведения молекулярно-генетического исследования парафиновых блоков гистологического биоматериала в диагностике туберкулеза и определении лекарственной чувствительности возбудителя непосредственно в очагах поражения.

Abstract

The results of molecular study (Xpert MTB/Rif test and hybridization with DNA probes) of histological biomaterial of paraffin blocks of 152 patients are presented.It was found that combining the histological examination of biopsy/surgical material with the molecular study on the MTB DNA detection and M. tuberculosis drug sensitivity testing in paraffin blocks expands the possibilities of morphological diagnosis of tuberculosis and increases its reliability by 31.74%.The advisability of conducting the molecular study of paraffin blocks of histological biomaterial in the diagnosis of tuberculosis and drug sensitivity testing of the pathogen directly in the lesion sites is shown.
