Научно-практические подходы к управлению конкурентоспособностью аптечных сетей

Аннотация

В статье выделены ключевые компетенции стратегического управления для аптечных сетей, представлено дерево стратегических целей аптечной сети, построена карта стратегических целей с отображением логических взаимосвязей, проведено каскадирование целей и построена карта стратегических задач по структурным подразделениям аптечных сетей.

Scientific and practical approaches to managing pharmacy’s networks competitiveness

Abstract

The article highlights the key competences of strategic management for pharmacy networks, presents a tree of strategic goals of the pharmacy network, constructs a map of strategic goals reflecting logical interconnections, conducts a cascade of goals and constructs a map of strategic tasks in the subdivisions of pharmacy networks.
