Эффективность гипобарической адаптации и клеточных хроноблокаторов для профилактики развития синдрома падений в концепции превентивной гериатрии

В связи с постарением населения актуальным является поиск компонентов профилактики развития и прогрессирования основных гериатрических синдромов, в частности синдрома падений, у лиц среднего возраста с точки зрения превентивной гериатрии на амбулаторном и домашнем этапах медицинской реабилитации. Целью работы явилось изучение эффективности гипобарической адаптации и клеточных хроноблокаторов для профилактики развития синдрома падений у пациентов среднего возраста на амбулаторном и домашнем этапах медицинской реабилитации. В работе методом стабилометрии изучена эффективность применения курса гипобарической барокамерной адаптации, клеточных хроноблокаторов для повышения статокинетической устойчивости у пациентов среднего возраста. Полученные результаты позволяют рекомендовать предложенные компоненты для практического применения в концепции Национальной стратегии «Активное долголетие – 2030» и в программах медицинской реабилитации на амбулаторном и домашнем этапах.
