Торакоскопическое лечение буллезной болезни лёгкого у спортсмена-подростка

Аннотация

Введение. Буллезная эмфизема лёгких (БЭЛ) – одно из самых часто встречаемых заболеваний лёгких в детском возрасте. Частым осложнением БЭЛ является первичный спонтанный пневмоторакс. Так, по данным некоторых авторов, 88–92% случаев пневмоторакса приходятся на БЭЛ, в связи с чем изучение данной патологии представляет собой клинический интерес.
Материал и методы. В статье описан клинический случай буллезной болезни лёгкого у спортсмена-подростка, представлены современные данные по этиологии, патогенезу, лечению заболевания. Пациенту были проведены лабораторно инструментальные исследования, по результатам которых диагноз был подтверждён.
Результаты. Пациенту проведена торакоскопическая резекция лёгкого, анализ катамнестических данных свидетельствует о радикальности проведённого хирургического лечения.
Заключение. Полученный клинический опыт применения торакоскопической резекции лёгкого, ускорение сроков реабилитации, а также снижение частоты развития послеоперационных осложнений доказывает преимущество малоинвазивной методики оперативного вмешательства.

Abstract

Introduction. Bullous lung disease (BLD) is one of the most common lung diseases in childhood. BLD frequent complication is primary spontaneous pneumothorax. According to some authors, 88–92% of pneumothorax cases occur in BLD patients; therefore, to study this pathology is of a clinical interest.
Material and methods. The article describes a case report of bullous lung disease in a teenage athlete. The article also presents modern data on BLD etiology, pathogenesis and treatment. The established diagnosis was confirmed by laboratory and instrumental findings.
Results. The child had thoracoscopic resection of the lung. Assessment of catamnestic findings shows the radical nature of surgical intervention.
Conclusion. The obtained clinical experience of thoracoscopic lung resection confirms advantages of the applied minimally invasive surgical treatment which are accelerated rehabilitation period and less postoperative complications.
