Аннотация

В статье представлен систематический обзор литературы, посвященный теме сосудистых мальформаций толстой кишки у детей. Это разнородная группа редко встречающихся заболеваний, в отношении которых до настоящего времени отсутствуют единые подходы к диагностике и лечению. Особую важность проблеме придает тот факт, что сосудистые заболевания толстой кишки сопровождаются массивными кровотечениями, нередко носящими угрожающий жизни характер. В подборе источников использованы базы MedLine и РИНЦ.

VASCULAR MALFORMATIONS IN THE RECTUM AND COLON

Abstract

The article presents a systematic review of literature on vascular malformations of the colon in children. This is a heterogeneous group of rare diseases, for which there are no unified approaches to diagnostics and treatment up to now. Of particular importance of the problem is the fact that vascular diseases of the colon are accompanied by massive bleedings, often life-threatening. Medline and RSCI databases were used in the selection of sources.
