Аннотация

Известно, что количество совпадений по антигенам главного комплекса гистосовместимости имеет прямую связь с длительностью функционирования почечного трансплантата. В статье анализируется роль совпадения по HLA в предсенсибилизации реципиентов почечного трансплантата и в продукции антител de novo, а также уделяется внимание не-HLA-антителам.

Abstract

It is known that the number of matches of the major histocompatibility complex antigens has a direct relationship with the duration of a renal transplant functioning. The lecture examines the role of HLA matching in presensitization of renal transplant recipients and de novo production of antibodies. Attention is also paid to non-HLA antibodies.
