АГРЕССИВНОЕ ТЕЧЕНИЕ РАССЕЯННОГО СКЛЕРОЗА У ПОДРОСТКА: ОПИСАНИЕ КЛИНИЧЕСКОГО СЛУЧАЯ

В последние годы отмечается тенденция к смещению начала рассеянного склероза в сторону детского и подросткового возраста: по разным оценкам, частота дебюта заболевания ранее 18 лет составляет от 2 до 10%. У таких пациентов наиболее характерной особенностью является рецидивирующе-ремитирующее течение с полисимптомным началом. Представлен «классический» клинический случай пациентки с агрессивным течением рассеянного склероза с дебютом в подростковом возрасте, обсуждается тактика обследования и лечения.

AGGRESSIVE COURSE OF MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS IN AN ADOLESCENT: A CASE STUDY

In the last years there has been a tendency towards a shift of the onset of multiple sclerosis to childhood and adolescence. According to various estimates, its incidence at the age below 18 is in the range from 2 to 10%. The most characteristic for such patients is a relapsing remitting course with a multi symptom onset. We present a "classic" clinical case of a female patient with an aggressive course of multiple sclerosis with the onset in the adolescence, discuss its assessment and management.
