Abstract

Pregnancy in women with transplanted kidney is associated with an increased incidence of obstetric and perinatal complications, but the probability of a favorable outcome for the mother and the fetus is high. The article presents data on the pregnancy planning after kidney transplantation, an immunosuppression during gestational period, the nature and frequency of pregnancy complications, their prophylaxis and treatment.
