ПАТОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ ПЕРЕЛОМ ПОЗВОНОЧНИКА У БОЛЬНОГО С АНКИЛОЗИРУЮЩИМ СПОНДИЛОАРТРИТОМ: ТРУДНОСТИ ЛУЧЕВОЙ ДИАГНОСТИКИ

Представлено клиническое наблюдение – патологический перелом позвоночника у пациента с анкилозирующим спондилоартритом (болезнь Бехтерева). Приведены результаты комплексной лучевой диагностики пациента (рентгенография, мультиспиральная компьютерная томография, магнитно-резонансная томография), которые позволили провести дифференциальную диагностику с опухолевым и воспалительным процессом и определить тактику лечения пациента.

PATHOLOGICAL FRACTURE OF THE SPINE IN A PATIENT WITH ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS: DIFFICULTIES OF RADIOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS

We present a clinical observation of a pathological fracture of the spine in a patient with ankylosing spondylitis (Bechterew's disease). The results of a comprehensive radiological assessment (X-ray, multidetector computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging), which enabled the differential diagnosis with a tumor and inflammatory processes and to determine a management strategy.
