КОМПЛЕКСНОЕ ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ПОСТУРАЛЬНЫМ ФОБИЧЕСКИМ ГОЛОВОКРУЖЕНИЕМ

Проведено комплексное клиническое обследование 25 больных с постуральным фобическим голово-кружением. Оценены соматическое состояние, неврологический статус, выполнены нейровизуализационное и стабилометрическое исследования, нейропсихологическое тестирование с использованием оценочных клинических шкал. Выявлена эффективность комплексной реабилитации, включающей вестибулярную гимнастику, стабилометрический тренинг, психотерапию и фармакотерапию в коррекции психоэмоциональных расстройств.

COMPLEX TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH POSTURAL PHOBIC DIZZINESS

A total of 25 patients with postural phobic dizziness were examined. Somatic state and neurological status were assessed, neurovisualization and stabilometric investigation were carried out as well as a neuropsychological testing using estimation scales. The efficiency of complex rehabilitation was revealed including vestibular gymnastics, stabilometric training, psychotherapy, and pharmacotherapy in correction of psychoemotional disturbances.
