Особенности и современные возможности нехирургического лечения осложненных гемангиом у детей
Аннотация
В статье отражен опыт нехирургического (консервативного) лечения осложненных гемангиом у детей.
Цель. Изучение опыта медикаментозного лечения осложненных гемангиом у детей.
Материалы и методы. Представлен опыт медикаментозного лечения 3050 пациентов (2007–2014 гг.), у 112 (3,67%) из которых был осложненный характер опухоли. Применены лазерное и хирургическое удаление, пропранолол-терапия со стационарной и амбулаторной фазами лечения.
Результаты. Достоверное улучшение или излечение отмечено во всех случаях: устранение изъязвлений и кровотечений, а также симптомов, связанных с давлением гемангиомы на окружающие ткани. Показано, что очищение (эпителизация) язв происходит достоверно быстрее при применении пропранолол-терапии.
Заключение. Тактика медикаментозного ведения пациентов с гемангиомами показала себя как эффективная и безопасная. Медикаментозное лечение является предпочтительным для группы детей с осложненными гемангиомами.

Advanced Features of Non-Surgical Treatment of Complicated Hemangiomas in Children
Abstract
Experience of nonsurgical (conservative) treatment of complicated hemangiomas is presented.
Aim. Study of experience of nonsurgical treatment of complicated hemangiomas in children.
Material and methods. 3050 patients (2007–2014 years), among them 112 (3,67%) — complicated hemangiomas.
Treatment methods. Laser and surgical removal, propranolol therapy with in-patient and out-patient phases.
Results. Improvement in all cases, elimination of ulcers and bleeding events and other compression symptoms of hemangiomas. Clearance of ulcers was faster in propranolol-therapy group.
Conclusion. Tactic of nonsurgical (medicamentious) management of hemangiomas is effective and safe; it is preferable for complicated hemangiomas.
