Нейрохирургические вмешательства у пациентов с диссеминированными солидными опухолями при неблагоприятном прогнозе

Вопрос выбора тактики лечения пациентов с церебральными метастазами различных солидных опухолей в настоящее время не имеет однозначного решения. В статье обсуждаются варианты тактики, рассмотрены существующие рекомендации, отмечены спорные моменты, приводятся мнения признанных экспертов.
