Дано краткое изложение Концепции регенерации этноквартала «Улица мастеров» в охранной зоне объекта всемирного наследия «Сулайман-Тоо». Обоснование основных положений Концепции связывается с режимом, условиями сохранения и использования культурного наследия в исторической среде древнего города Ош. Раскрывается значение и роль исторического квартала в развитии города и его туристский потенциал.

Concept of regeneration of ethnic quarter “Crafts’ street” in the conservation zone “Sulayman-Too” in the city of Osh

A brief summary of the Concept of regeneration of ethnic quarter “crafts’ street” in the conservation zone “Sulayman-Too” in the city of Osh in the protected area of the World Heritage site “Sulaiman-Too” is presented. The substantiation of the main provisions of the Concept is associated with the regime, conditions for the preservation and use of cultural heritage in the historical environment of the ancient city of Osh. The significance and role of the historical quarter in the development of the city and its tourist potential are revealed.
