ОСОБЕННОСТИ КЛИНИЧЕСКОГО ТЕЧЕНИЯ И КОМПЛЕКСНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ КЕРАТИТА ТАЙДЖЕСОНА, ОБУСЛОВЛЕННОГО ЦИТОМЕГАЛОВИРУСНЫМ ПОРАЖЕНИЕМ

Цель. Анализ клинического течения поражения роговицы при кератите Тайджесона.
Материал и методы. Произведен анализ литературы, показан алгоритм современной диагностики и терапии кератита Тайджесона.
Результаты. На фоне применения глюкокортикостероидов в низкой концентрации, 0,05% Циклоспорина А, нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов в сочетании с слезозаместительной терапией удалось получить регресс симптомов заболевания.
Заключение. В ходе наблюдения течения кератита предположена иммунная теория заболевания, а также связь с цитомегаловирусной инфекцией.

FEATURES OF CLINICAL COURSE AND THERAPY OF THYGESON’S SUPERFICIAL PUNCTATE KERATITIS CAUSED BY CYTOMEGALOVIRUS LESION

Purpose. Analysis of clinical course of corneal lesion in case of Thygeson’s superficial punctate keratitis.
Material and methods. The study performed an analysis of literature and also an algorithm of current diagnosis and treatment of patient with Thygeson’s superficial punctate keratitis is shown.
Results. In application of corticosteroids in a low concentration, 0.05% Cyclosporine A, non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs in combination with the tear substitute therapy it was possible to obtain a regression of symptoms.
Conclusions. The observation of the course of keratitis proposed an immune theory of disease and also a connection with cytomegalovirus infection.
