ОПТИЧЕСКАЯ КОГЕРЕНТНАЯ ТОМОГРАФИЯ ПЕРЕДНЕГО ОТРЕЗКА ГЛАЗА У ПАЦИЕНТА С АТИПИЧНОЙ ТРОФИЧЕСКОЙ ЯЗВОЙ РОГОВИЦЫ (КЛИНИЧЕСКИЙ СЛУЧАЙ)

Реферат
Определение тактики лечения трофических язв роговицы является сложной проблемой, требующей максимальной информации о состоянии роговой оболочки, которое с высокой точностью может быть оценено при помощи современного бесконтактного метода – оптической когерентной томографии переднего отрезка глаза (пОКТ). Пациентке 79 лет с длительным анамнезом трофической язвы роговицы после неоднократных курсов адекватной консервативной терапии была проведена пОКТ, что позволило выявить дополнительные дефекты в задних слоях стромы и формирование интрастромальной полости. С учетом данных пОКТ было принято своевременное решение о проведении хирургического лечения – кератопластики.

ANTERIOR SEGMENT OPTICAL COHERENCE TOMOGRAPHY IN PATIENTS WITH ATYPICAL TROPHIC CORNEAL ULCER (A CASE REPORT)

Determination of the tactics for a treatment of trophic ulcers of the cornea is a difficult problem requiring maximum of information about the status of cornea. This information can be obtained by such modern and non-contact method as anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT). Seventy-nine-year-old female patient with a long history of trophic corneal ulcer, after repeated courses of appropriate conservative therapy was examined by the anterior segment optical coherence tomography. Optical coherence tomography allowed visualization of additional defects in the posterior stromal layers and an intrastromal cavity formation. Due to the AS-OCT information it was possible to perform a timely surgery – keratoplasty.
