ЮВЕНАЛЬНАЯ ДЕРМАТОГЕННАЯ КАТАРАКТА. КЛИНИЧЕСКИЙ СЛУЧАЙ ДЛИТЕЛЬНОГО НАБЛЮДЕНИЯ

Цель. Представление длительно прослеженного клинического случая редкой системной патологии – синдрома Вернера-Андогского. Описание клинического случая. Пациентка К.С. наблюдается в клинике ФГБУ «МНТК «Микрохирургия глаза» им. акад. С.Н. Федорова» более 40 лет. Первый (кожный) симптом синдрома Андогского проявился в раннем детстве. Второй (глазной) симптом – двусторонняя катаракта в возрасте 14 лет. После операций экстракапсулярной экстракции катаракты на обоих глазах с введением ирис-клипс-линзы (ИКЛ) Федорова-Захарова высокая острота зрения OU=0,9-1,0 сохранялась более 20 лет. Третий симптом – дистрофические изменения в роговицах OU. Четвертый симптом – дистрофические изменения в трансплантатах роговицы OU спустя 5 лет после успешной сквозной кератопластики. Пятый симптом – растяжение и полная несостоятельность цинновой связки OU. Шестой симптом – вторичная глаукома. Заключение. Длительно прослеженный (более 40 лет) клинический случай синдрома Андогского показывает, что данная патология помимо двух известных, рано возникающих симптомов (кожные изменения и катаракта) включает и другие признаки заболевания, которые проявляются с разными промежутками времени на протяжении многих лет жизни.

JUVENILE DERMATOGENOUS CATARACT. CASE REPORT WITH LONG-TERM FOLLOW-UP

Purpose. To describe a long-term follow-up of clinical case of a rare systemic pathology – Werner-Andogskiy syndrome. Case report. Patient K.S., female had been visiting the S. Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Clinic for more than 40 years. The first (dermal) symptom of Andogskiy’s syndrome appeared in the early childhood. The second (ocular) symptom – bilateral cataract appeared at the age of 14 years. After bilateral extracapsular cataract extraction and implantation of Fyodorov-Zakharov iris-clip intraocular lens a high visual acuity OU=0.9-1.0 was preserved more than 20 years. The third symptom – corneal dystrophic changes OU. The fourth symptom – dystrophic changes of corneal grafts 5 years after successful penetrating keratoplasty. The fifth symptom – distension and failure of ciliary zonule OU. The sixth symptom – secondary glaucoma. Conclusion. The long-term follow-up (more than 40 years) of clinical case of Andogskiy’s syndrome shows that this pathology includes not only two early symptoms (dermal changes and cataract) but also other symptoms, which appear in different time periods over many years of life.
