Органопротективные эффекты агонистов рецепторов глюкагоноподобного пептида 1-го типа по результатам доказательных исследований сердечно-сосудистой безопасности

Аннотация

В статье обсуждаются потенциальные возможности влияния противодиабетических препаратов из группы агонистов рецепторов глюкагоноподобного пептида 1-го типа (рГПП-1) на риски развития, прогрессирования и развития кардиоваскулярных осложнений у лиц с сахарным диабетом второго типа (СД2) и их возможная роль в увеличении продолжительности и качества жизни пациентов. Имеющиеся различия между лекарственными препаратами данного класса следует учитывать при персонифицированном подходе в терапии, а также при разработке и внедрении в клиническую практику новых рекомендаций по оказанию специализированной медицинской помощи больным СД2. Приводятся данные об эффективности и безопасности применения агонистов рГПП-1, обсуждаются данные о возможных механизмах реализации негликемических эффектов, лежащих в основе их кардио- и нефропротекции. Рассматриваются особенности фармакологических характеристик, влияющие на клиническую эффективность и развитие побочных эффектов. Приводятся данные рандомизированных клинических исследований различных агонистов ГПП-1, демонстрирующие положительное влияние препаратов данного класса на сердечно-сосудистые и нефрологические исходы у больных СД2.
