Туризм в России в эпоху COVID-19: проблемы взаимодействия между турагентами и туроператорами
Аннотация
Данная статья посвящена сфере туризма, как одной из самых пострадавших отраслей ввиду пандемии COVID-19. Закрытие границ, введение локдауна – все это вынужденные меры для сдерживания распространения вируса, предпринятые Правительством Российской Федерации, негативно повлиявшие на туризм в целом. Автор рассматривает действия туроператоров и поведение туристов в чрезвычайной ситуации, а также выявляет основные проблемы взаимодействия.

Tourism in Russia in the era of COVID-19: problems of interaction between travel agents and tour operators
Abstract
This article focuses on the tourism industry as one of the most affected industries due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The closure of borders, the introduction of a lockdown - all these are forced measures to contain the spread of the virus, taken by the Government of the Russian Federation, which negatively affected tourism in general. The author examines the actions of tour operators and the behavior of tourists in an emergency, and also identifies the main problems of interaction.
