WORLD EXPERIENCE IN ORGANIZING MEDICAL AND PREVENTIVE CARE IN MEDICAL ORGANIZATIONS IN A REMOTE FORMAT DURING A PANDEMIC
Abstract
In connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, there were problems in the provision of medical services around the world. Many clinics suspended operations to limit the spread of COVID-19, minimize the risk of infection among the population, there were no clusters of patients for a respiratory disease that may or may not be related to COVID-19, reduce the workload of medical institutions, and during the pandemic, access to non-emergency and planned care was severely limited.
At the same time, outpatient services were required to provide care to all patients, including those with chronic diseases, in the safest possible way, both for the patients and for the medical professionals themselves, at the appropriate level.
