GCFD AS A FACTOR FOR IMPROVING THE SOCIAL ADAPTATION OF CHILDREN WITH AUTISM

YERZHAN L. E., MULDAKHMETOV M. S., BAVYKINA I. A.

Abstract

Various literature sources are increasingly writing about all kinds of specialized diets in the rehabilitation of children with various mental disorders. Autism spectrum disorders are one of them, in addition to medical rehabilitation, medications, much attention is paid to proper balanced nutrition, non-addictive and hypersensitivity in children with autism. Most of the studies of foreign authors are aimed at improving social adaptation by including specific dietary correction, GCF-diet. Against the background of the use of the GCF-diet in children, academic skills improve, aggressiveness decreases, parents reduce complaints of digestive problems.
