РЕВАСКУЛЯРИЗАЦИЯ КОРОНАРНЫХ АРТЕРИЙ И ИМПЛАНТАЦИЯ АОРТАЛЬНОГО КЛАПАНА ТРАНСКАТЕТЕРНЫМ МЕТОДОМ У БОЛЬНЫХ С ИШЕМИЧЕСКОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ СЕРДЦА И КРИТИЧЕСКИМ АОРТАЛЬНЫМ СТЕНОЗОМ
Аннотация
Ишемическая болезнь сердца и аортальный стеноз – достаточно распространенное сочетание заболеваний.
Такая комбинация нозологий является серьезной междисциплинарной проблемой, требующей знания этиологии и факторов риска, определяющих успех ранней диагностики и своевременной коррекции. Физиологические и анатомические изменения в организме пациента могут оказывать отрицательное воздействие, а также усугублять течение сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Изучению вопросов коррекции данного сочетания заболеваний и факторов риска развития нежелательных последствий посвящен данный обзор литературы.

REVASCULARIZATION OF THE CORONARY ARTERIES IN PATIENTS WITH CRITICAL AORTIC STENOSIS, CORRECTED BY THE TRANSCATHETER METHOD
Abstract
Coronary heart disease and aortic stenosis is a fairly common combination of diseases.
This combination of acquired heart disease is a serious interdisciplinary problem that requires knowledge of etiology and risk factors that determine the success of early diagnosis and timely correction physiological and anatomical changes in the patient’s body can have a negative impact, as well as aggravate the course of cardiovascular diseases. This review of the literature is devoted to the study of the correction of this combination of diseases and risk factors for adverse effects.
