ОСОБЕННОСТИ КОЛОНИЗАЦИИ МИКРООРГАНИЗМАМИ С МНОЖЕСТВЕННОЙ ЛЕКАРСТВЕННОЙ УСТОЙЧИВОСТЬЮ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ ДЕТСКОЙ И ВЗРОСЛОЙ КАРДИОРЕАНИМАЦИИ
Аннотация
Современные алгоритмы профилактики нозокомиальных инфекций невозможны без оперативных знаний об этиологической структуре заболеваний и антибиотикорезистентности возбудителей в условиях любого отдельного лечебного учреждения. Представленные результаты анализа распространенности и динамики видового состава микроорганизмов с множественной лекарственной устойчивостью в условиях кардиохирургического стационара с определением структурных особенностей резистентных штаммов у пациентов взрослой и детской реанимации кардиохирургического профиля открывают новые возможности совершенствования мероприятий своевременной и оптимальной профилактики нозокомиальной инфекции.

PECULIARITIES OF COLONIZATION BY MULTIDRUG-RESISTANT MICROORGANISMS IN CARDIAC SURGERY PATIENTS OF PEDIATRIC AND ADULT ICU DEPARTMENT
Abstract
Modern algorithms for the prevention of nosocomial infections are impossible without actual knowledge of the etiological structure of diseases and the antibiotic resistance of pathogens in any particular medical institution. The presented results of the analysis of the prevalence and dynamics of the species composition of microorganisms with multidrug resistance in a cardiac surgery hospital with the determination of the structural features of resistant strains in patients of adult and pediatric intensive care of cardiac surgery profile open up new opportunities for improving measures for the timely and optimal prevention of nosocomial infection.
