МЕДИКО-СОЦИАЛЬНЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ СОСТОЯНИЯ ЗДОРОВЬЯ И ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ МЕДИЦИНСКОЙ ПОМОЩИ СЕЛЬСКОМУ НАСЕЛЕНИЮ
Аннотация
Вопросы повышения уровня здоровья и качества жизни сельского населения являются одной из важнейших задач Казахстана на данном этапе. Качество здоровья сельского населения достаточно сильно отстает от городского и отличается устойчивой тенденцией к ухудшению не только в нашей стране, но и во всем мире.
В данной работе нами был проведен анализ медико-демографических показателей, а также показателей системы сельского здравоохранения. Анализ данных показал, что сельские жители по сравнению с городским населением характеризуются низкими показателями здоровья, низким доступом к медицинским услугам.
Важно отметить что на сегодняшний день сохраняется тенденция по снижению общего числа медицинских учреждений на селе. Неразвитая инфраструктура, большое расстояние между населенными пунктами, отток и малочисленность проживающего населения, а также недостаток квалифицированных медицинских специалистов стали основными причинами данного явления.

MEDICAL AND SOCIAL ASPECTS OF HEALTH STATE AND ORGANIZATION OF MEDICAL CARE TO THE RURAL POPULATION
Abstract
The issues of improving the health and quality of life of the rural population are one of the most important tasks of Kazakhstan at this stage. The quality of health of the rural population lags far behind the urban population and has a steady tendency towards deterioration, not only in our country, but throughout the world.
In this work, we analyzed the medical-demographic and indicators of the rural health care system. Analysis of the data showed that low health indicators and low access to medical services characterize rural residents, compared with the urban population.
It is important to note that today there is a downward trend in the total number of medical institutions in the countryside. Underdeveloped infrastructure, long distance between settlements, outflow and small number of the living population, as well as a lack of qualified medical professionals became the main reason for this phenomenon.
