ФАРМАКО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТА БОЛЬНЫХ С ОСТЕОАРТРОЗОМ
Аннотация
Данный литературный обзор посвящен изучению фармако-экономических особенностей клинического и организационного менеджмента пациентов с остеоартрозом, в особенности с остеоартрозом коленных суставов. На основании анализа литературных данных, мы пришли к заключению, что на сегодняшний день необходимы дальнейшие исследования по сравнительному фармако-экономическому анализу эндопротезирования и консервативным методам лечения. Кроме того, имеющиеся исследования проводятся преимущественно в развитых странах, являющихся лидерами по количеству выполняемых операций в год, в то время как подобные исследования в развивающихся странах крайне редки и обладают низкокачественной методологической базой.

PHARMACO-ECONOMIC FEATURES OF MANAGEMENT OF OSTEOARTHROSIS PATIENTS
Abstract
This literature review is devoted to the study of the pharmacoeconomic features of the clinical and organizational management of patients with osteoarthritis, especially with knee joints osteoarthritis. Based on the analysis of literature data, we concluded that today further research is needed on a comparative pharmacoeconomic analysis of endoprosthetics and conservative treatment methods. In addition, the available research is carried out mainly in developed countries, which are leaders in the number of operations performed per year, while such research in developing countries is extremely rare and has a low-quality methodological base.
