ПСИХОТЕРАПИЯ НА БАЗЕ КОПИНГ-СТРАТЕГИИ. СРАВНЕНИЕ СОВРЕМЕННЫХ МЕТОДОВ
Аннотация
Стресс, как положительный, так и отрицательный, является частью семейной и трудовой жизни. Некоторые ситуации как в рабочей среде, так и в семейной жизни настолько экстремальны, что вызывают возникновение дискомфорта. Данные ситуации требуют определенной коррекции. Эти меры могут быть предприняты пациентом самостоятельно, что связано с личными способностями преодолевать стресс, а также могут исходить со стороны психотерапевта. Только путем целостного изучения взаимосвязей стресс-фактора и способностей к преодолению кризисных ситуаций можно определить тактику психологического вмешательства. В данной работе дано описание копинг-стратегий и описаны методы борьбы со стрессом на основе адаптивных копинг-стратегий при помощи кратковременной психотерапии.
Цель. Изучить имеющуюся литературу по копинг-стратегиям, определить методы краткосрочной психотерапии на основе копинг-стратегии и сравнить их эффективность в отношении стресса.
Материалы и методы. Был проведен поиск по базам данных PubMed, MedLine, Cochrain, Elibrary.ru и выбраны статьи, содержащие ключевые слова: Копинг-стратегия, стресс, психотравма, психотерапия. Поиск проводился без ограничений по языку. Из методов краткосрочной психотерапии были выбраны самые современные и проведен их анализ.
Результаты. Согласно проведенному обзору научной литературы метод можно считать подходящим для формирования копинг-стратегии в отношении стресса.

PSYCHOTHERAPY BASED ON COPING STRATEGY. COMPARISON OF MODERN METHODS
Abstract
Stress, both positive and negative, is part of family and work life. Some situations in both the work environment and family life are so extreme that they cause discomfort. These situations require some correction. These measures can be taken by the patient independently, which is associated with personal abilities to overcome stress, and can also come from the side of the psychotherapist. Only through a holistic study of the relationship between the stress factor and the ability to overcome crisis situations can the tactics of psychological intervention be determined. This paper describes coping strategies and describes methods of dealing with stress based on adaptive coping strategies using short-term psychotherapy.
Purpose. Review the available coping strategy literature, identify coping strategies for short-term psychotherapy, and compare their effectiveness against stress.
Materials and methods. A search was carried out in the databases PubMed, MedLine, Cochrain, Elibrary.ru and articles containing the keywords: coping strategy, stress, psychotrauma, psychotherapy were selected. The search was conducted without language restrictions. The most modern methods of short-term psychotherapy were selected and analyzed.
Results: According to a review of the scientific literature, the method can be considered suitable for the formation of coping strategies in relation to stress.
