ПРОГНОЗНАЯ ОЦЕНКА РАЗВИТИЯ ПОВТОРНОГО ИШЕМИЧЕСКОГО ИНСУЛЬТА
Аннотация
Вторичная профилактика ишемического инсульта – одна из актуальных проблем современной неврологии, которая приобретает все больший социальный характер. В работе был проведен комплексный анализ факторов риска 52 больных с первичным (контрольная группа) и 49 больных с повторным ишемическим инсультом, сопоставимых по полу и возрасту и по патогенетическому типу. Выявлено, что вероятность развития повторного ишемического инсульта по механизму первого в большей степени зависит от наличия характерных факторов риска. Оптимизация прогноза повторного инсульта предполагает обязательность модификации образа жизни, непрерывное многокомпонентное лечение, необходимость просветительской работы с родственниками и должна проводиться совместно со специалистами других профилей.

PREDICTIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF RECURRENT ISCHEMIC STROKE
Abstract
Secondary prevention of ischemic stroke is one of the urgent problems of modern neurology, which is becoming increasingly social in nature. A comprehensive analysis of risk factors was performed in 52 patients with primary (control group) and 49 patients with recurrent ischemic stroke, comparable by gender, age, and pathogenetic type. It was found that the probability of developing a second ischemic stroke by the mechanism of the first one depends more on the presence of characteristic risk factors. Optimization of the prognosis of recurrent stroke requires lifestyle modification, continuous multi-component treatment, the need for educational work with relatives, and should be carried out jointly with specialists of other profiles.
