КЛИНИЧЕСКАЯ ЗНАЧИМОСТЬ СЕЛЕКТИВНОГО ДЕФИЦИТА IgA В ПЕРИОД ПАНДЕМИИ SARS-COV-2
Аннотация
Селективный дефицит IgA – относительно распространённое заболевание, которое встречается с частотой от 1 : 200 до 1 : 500. С возрастом данное состояние приводит к инфекционным, аллергическим и аутоиммунным осложнениям. В условиях пандемии SARS-COV-2 следует упомянуть о важности вакцинации против данной инфекции, так как у некоторых пациентов с дефицитом IgA после заражения коронавирусной инфекцией развились аутоиммунные осложнения. Другой проблемой является возможный риск развития аллергических реакций у пациентов с дефицитом IgA после переливания плазмы, поэтому таким пациентам переливание плазмы даже при тяжелом течении SARS-COV-2 противопоказано.

SELECTIVE IGA DEFICIENCY IN A TIME OF SARS-COV-2 PANDEMIC
Abstract
Selective IgA deficiency is a relatively common type of disorder that may be present from 1 : 200 to 1 : 500 healthy persons. With aging some of them will develop either infectious or autoimmune or allergic complications. In a time of SARS-COV-2 pandemic it is important to mention the additional indication to hurry with anti-COVID vaccination, as in some of IgA deficient persons autoimmune problems were started. Another problem is a possible allergic reaction after plasma infusion to patient with IgA deficiency. So, these people are not in a list of plasma infusion even in a case of severe SARS-COV-2 infection.
