МОНИТОРИНГ ПРОГРАММЫ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЕМ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С САХАРНЫМ ДИАБЕТОМ 2 ТИПА ПО ЦЕЛЕВЫМ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЯМ АКТЮБИНСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ
Аннотация
В статье представлены результаты мониторинга и анализа целевых показателей внедрения Программы управления заболеваниями среди пациентов с сахарным диабетом 2 типа по Актюбинской области. По выполнению основных индикаторов Программы управления заболеваниями Актюбинская область относится к относительно благополучным регионам по РК.

MONITORING OF THE DISEASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, AMONG PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS IN TARGET INDICATORS OF AKTOBЕ REGION
Abstract
The article presents the results of monitoring and analysis of target indicators for the implementation of the Disease Management Program among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Aktobe region. According to the fulfillment of the main indicators of the Disease Management Program, Aktobe region belongs to relatively prosperous regions in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
