Аннотация

   В данной обзорной статье представлены основные требования и функции менеджера медицинских учреждений для эффективного управления. Это является основной задачей повышения качества менеджмента медицинских учреждений.

Abstract

   This review article outlines the basic requirements and responsibilities of an effective healthcare management. The nature of medical organizations requires managers to provide impeccable leadership, as well as the oversight and coordination of employees.
