ESTIMATION OF THE LEVEL OF EMOTIONAL BURN OUT OF THE DOCTORS OF THE POLYCLINIC THERAPIES USING THE BOYKO QUESTIONNAIRE

ALDABERGENOVA G. , TURGAMBAEVA A.

Abstract

Professional activity of medical workers takes place against the background of constant stress, psychophysical tension, it involves emotional saturation and a large number of factors that reduce their quality of life. Health workers, in addition to their own problems, are constantly in the circle of problems of patients, while bearing a double socio - psychological burden. Given the specifics of the work of polyclinic therapists (district principle of work, increased mental and physical stress with a large number of attached population), it can be assumed that this contingent of doctors is at an increased risk of professional burnout syndrome, and the issues of its formation, prevention and treatment are particularly relevant for them.
